The CEO (Andrew) cares for the team and wants to create a great place for the team. The leadership is open to feedback, and that's one of the best things you can ask for.

As an AI solutions company, it was surprising to experience a recruitment process that felt highly automated yet poorly managed. My application remained without feedback for over a month, followed by automated rejection messages — including a duplicate rejection for the same role. For a company focused on building intelligent systems, the inability to manage a basic hiring workflow or provide timely human communication stood out in a negative way. The process felt disconnected from the values and technical sophistication the company promotes externally.
