Laid back, open, friendly, secure. Nice atmosphere, nice equipment. Company does care to make sure it is great place to work at.

weak top management and leadership. frequent change of business or project direction. chaos in decision making. somewhat incompetent management.

Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

Minpunten

1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
