Pay could be a bit better

It’s not any good reasons to work for this company.

This has been the worst experience I had ever. Management is horrible. The environment was so hostile. When you make complaints, no one tries to reach you and solve the problem. I was a great worker and they still didn’t care. The team leaders kept most of the drama and conflicts going. They had the title of a team leader but abused it. They showed favoritism toward the ones that kept the chaos going. Honestly it’s not a safe environment to work in. I know the money make seem good but it’s not worth your mental health. They have no sympathy for good workers. They showed me no remorse what so ever. Very unprofessional.Word of advice Do Not Accept until the problems are resolved with management.
