There are many things to write about it. No culture, activity, team events, or management exists. Nobody cares about you; they don't provide a good place for you and want you to work with old monitors and laptops, even if it's a tech company. Most of the time, your managers push you to work on the weekends and after office hours. There is always uncertainty in the company. Many people have resigned or been terminated recently. I hear about problems with the finance and the management teams from all of them.

The company operates across Multiple regions, giving you genuine multi-region, multi-regulatory experience. Small enough to have impact, large enough to have interesting scale.

Minpunten

Like any fast-growing startup, priorities shift quickly and teams sometimes get stretched across parallel workstreams. Documentation and process maturity are still catching up to the pace of product delivery. Remote coordination across multiple time zones (Dubai, Netherlands, India) can be demanding at times.
