Employees are very knowledgeable but also, very friendly and always willing to help you succeed. Managers want to make sure you are extremely happy with the position you have. I would say that at least 75% of NOVEC employees have been working for at least 10 years.. that says a lot about the company and its culture. VERY PROUD TO WORK FOR NOVEC!

Since being a small company there is not much room for advancement.... However, because it Is a small company, you have A LOT of room to come up with your own projects that are related to your job title and use your creativity and think outside the box and management will do their very best to support you. So in other words, being a small company is not a bad thing after-all.
