Good office environment. Coworkers are friendly. Management keeps workers informed as to what's going on. Good non-insurance benefits. Ability to work from home occasionally.

Same boring work day in and day out. No rewards or recognition for initiative or extra work. Insurance is mediocre.

The idea of Novara becoming a separate company and growing was what appealed to me in the first place. Being in a senior position, I would of thought bring a wealth of experience and knowledge would of been seen as an asset. Unfortunately the President and his understudy did not want to listen to anyone else in the senior management team. Which only has two of the original member of seven left.

One eyed, incompetent leadership. Distinct lack of business acumen. Lack of respect by the exec for people who work there. Happy to get rid of good skilled people to balance their books than invest in them. Jeff Allen is no longer the CEO of this company he either realized he was not presidential material or someone told him he wasn't and he jumped ship before being pushed. Replace by someone of equal skill set.
