Pluspunten

Lots of networking opportunities, great working environments (buildings are mostly nice and up to date and with a lot of space and natural lighting), lower levels can get to interact with higher levels. Competitive pay and great life/work balance.

Minpunten

Having done PHD and or post doc in Novartis will not help much landing a position in there. Often management does not consult lower levels when taking decisions, and these are not communicated to all levels a it should. Communication and integration issues exist.

Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

Minpunten

Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
