      Pluspunten

      none, the worst place to have been employed for. full of troublemakers in upper management with zero career progression. you'll see 8 different job titles throughout the year per group of managers levels to continue justifying themselves getting pay raises with no movement with their abilities

      Minpunten

      Cons, their CEO could not even do the job correctly she had to "stand Down" to go on to another company. but don't stop there when their overpaid bookkeeper has more swing in that place than the GM don't waste your time, "family-like culture" until you don't agree with something they put out or have a separate opinion

      Pluspunten

      Fast career progression for those who are reliable and willing to work for it. There is a strong representation of females in management positions and in recent years they have been very supportive of flexible work arrangements to fit work/life balance (option of 10, 9 or 8 day fortnights for Fulltime staff). Most of management have started in trainee roles and progressed through leadership. Over the several years employed with Novaskill I have always felt compassion and respect from my colleagues and superiors.

      Minpunten

      High staff turnover, which seems in line with VET industry in recent years. Unfortunately the national shortage in Trainer/Assessors in VET sector impacts all organisations in the industry and is an extremely competitive market.
