- Middle to senior management has a terrible management style and scapegoats staff and personnel when something goes wrong. - Management is sometimes distant and unfamiliar with work being done. - Too busy to engage with employees - Verbal abuse is not uncommon - High turnover due to workload and senior management attitude. Making it difficult to retain top talent. - Bonus potential is not based on performance but rather on whether or not the manager likes you that day. - All about the bottom line.

Bad communication from company leadership The only form of marketing I saw was email blasts. No events for agents and barely any engagement. Company encouraged managers not to recommend employees receive high bonuses Health benefits were not good Told to prioritize World Insurance retail agents who did not give us the same level of respect.
