A nice place to learn technical knowledge on rotary and stationary equipment. If you are from punjab ethnicity, then EGMP will lift you up as he is also from faisalabad.

Minpunten

Show me the person, i will show you the policy. New EGMP haseeb khan rapidly fires you just on small operational mistakes. Too much growth room available for punjab ethnicity. Poor work life balance. WhatsApp culture. Poor wages. You have to report anytime as EGMP will call you and you have to report to plant even if you are sleeping. Won't recommend anyone with current management but yes old management under Mr. Chaudhry anis supervision was fabulous and i spent almost a decade with him but have to leave after management change.

Got to move around to different buildings, twice a year we got to pick clothing that was free for work, drinks were free in the break room. Plenty of tasks to do.

Minpunten

Some of the people you deal with are so rude. Some buildings are extremely boring with less to do. If you anger the schedulers, you won’t get requested days off.
