Best team culture out of the 3 CROs I've worked with. Management very responsive, supportive of employee growth and development, and encouraging. Culturally diverse and respectful of that diversity, and really great teams are the result. Salaries mostly in line with current industry standards. For CRAs, no minimum days on site per month metric, and a great deal more hands-on site management for your projects - you are more of a site manager and less of a "road warrior", which is brilliant.

Growing pains. A couple of the systems are a bit limited, but company is actively working on the most limited one, the CTMS system, with the new, fully functional CTMS in process and to be rolled out in spring 2018.
