I have been working at NuORDER for over two years. I have no interest of working anywhere else. I started in a junior position and worked my way up. I have always felt respected, encouraged, and appreciated as both a professional and a person. NuORDER is a dynamic, young company. The team here is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and enjoys working together. We work hard and have a good time. We have team building events, yoga, last Friday of the month celebrations and breakfast every Friday morning. We have a fantastic office manager who is dedicated to making sure everyone is happy and the kitchen is always full of snacks. The type of person who does really well here is hard working, open to challenges, flexible, and above all has a positive attitude. The people who did not succeed here (and most likely wrote negative reviews) came to work with a huge sense of entitlement and negative attitude from day one. The negative reviews about co-CEOs are unfair. They passionately care about the success of their company and their employees. They work just as hard as anyone else here and hold themselves to high standards of work ethic and commitment. Recently a strong management team was put into place to help the co-CEOs lead the company to more success. This management team is dynamic, positive, excited about the future and works very well together. The company is growing and this is the right time to join.
