1. Personable Principal staff 2. Quick and Painless interview process 3. The support staff communicates with the employee on a regular time frame. 4. The positions advertised are right on the money for an IT Professional

Minpunten

1. Employee Handbook and other documents are being send via Email. I think a personal face to face meeting to handle paperwork of this nature would be better. But my tenure was during COVID...so at least the process could be handled over the wire and maintain Business Continuity..

NuTechs did a great job finding contract roles that were appropriate for my skillset. In addition to that, they are amazingly easy to talk to and work with, which is very important to me!
