Management for the USA Divisions is good. Their overall core values and culture is stated and followed with several updates surveys and opportunities for feedback from all employees. In my experience, with only a few exception, the management there is accountable, responsive and relatively passionate about the companies goals and helping you achieve your goals / projects. Their culture is really making an effort to be more inclusive although it can be tough in some of the rural locations that they are located. I have noticed their efforts to hire more inclusive and diverse employees in recent years. I have an excellent manager. Actually, one of the best managers I have ever had. They really care about me as a person and make efforts to train, promote and take my career to the next level. I was promoted once since I started a few years ago and hope to have that happen again. My manager supports his team and protects them from any negativity from other departments, which is essential in a sustainable work environment.

The hardest part of the job would be navigating the directions and plans that come from the Nutreco / Netherlands management and project offices. Many times, there are not good lead times or realistic project plans coming from the Netherlands so major projects can be dropped in your teams lap with little notice. The good news is that the US Management is adept at navigating these challenges and setting expectations correctly for their teams.
