The management team is absolutely unreasonable. The culture of the company is old fashioned, there's no respect for their workers and limited growth. They don't see the value in employee retention. Most departments have a revolving door of employees. Why would anybody be passionate about a company that isn't passionate about the individual. Profit > People This may have been an effective business approach 20 years ago but, it's not cutting it in 2022.
