Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we really do appreciate your feedback. Great to see that you have a lot of positives in working with us so thank you for highlighting these. In response to your cons, we will share this feedback but would like to comment on some of the points. We are in the process of rolling out a new internal system this year, comms will be going out to the business throughout 2018 to make our employees aware of the change and what it means and we are also looking at our performance management system/process so there are some changes on its way. Thank you for being part of the o2 family and for being open and honest with your feedback.
