None, really. I’m very disappointed.

-lack of communication -false promises -strings you along They tell you what their vision is, not what you’ll get day to day. Unfortunately, they led me on for months and then when I reached out asking what’s going on, I got a “technically the contract is sitting on a desk somewhere unsigned. Without a contract there’s no job. So you don’t have a job.” After leading me on and me leaving my job for them. It seems like it’s going to be great, and I think it would have been if the contract was actually followed through on but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the dishonesty by the end.

Engineering leadership prioritizes unconventional standards over execution, resulting in a confusing, hard-to-maintain codebase. Planning is inconsistent: work often appears as tickets with only a vague title and no scope, outcomes, or success criteria. Direction changes frequently without communication, and prior decisions are reversed with little context. Public criticism and shaming occur, which harms morale and psychological safety
