Pluspunten
The people at this company are great! There was always an atmosphere of concern and team work. In the last year they have made it a priority to document processes and account specific information. There has also been some process improvements that are bringing about good changes.
Minpunten
The software program the company uses is not user friendly. The type is too small and there are multiple colors on most the screens. It is dizzying and my eye sight was starting to get affected from being in the program for 8 hours a day. In an effort to bring in back up for the Account Managers the company hired several people with no printing experience. This meant training from ground zero which is time consuming. Since many left within a few months it was not cost effective. That said, a few people did work out very well.
