Pluspunten
There are some core businesses that are moderately successful. The company wants to brand itself a certain way. If you stick to the contracting side of the company it's not a bad place to be. Company will spend money to retain employees that drive their business properly. I cannot speak to the product side of the company. Because of how much incompetence there is, if you're competent you can really feel empowered to get things done how you feel. If you can prove that you can deliver it's easy to find opportunities to accomplish satisfying work.
Minpunten
The management here is hilariously incompetent. Some of the management here would not be fit to manage a fast food franchise. Old fashioned ways reek throughout the building, company seems stuck in the mid 10s. They gave out "fidget spinners" in the year 2024 at an event. It's so clear which colleagues are paid an industry standard salary and which ones are here because the company needed bodies. No mention of any compensation change. Benefits seem sub standard. Some working situations and managers sound archaic and toxic, you can tell that the wrong people got pushed up the chain at one point. Insane turnover at times, probably because the hiring standard is so simple and the PTO is unlimited. Honestly, this might be the smartest thing management has done, it does weed out the really bad people really fast.
