Smoke in mirrors. This company operates on fear and politics, with leadership teams using band aids on bullet holes to cover up big spills. It's a "hide everything and question nothing" culture. Tons of emails with multiple parties, but no one willing to take accountability. If finger pointing was in the Olympics.

When I first joined OTO Development, it was a company I was proud to work for. The leadership was strong, the culture felt genuine, and people supported one another. Over time, however, the environment has shifted dramatically, and not for the better

Today, the organization feels plagued by internal politics, back-channel conversations, and a lack of transparency. Accountability is inconsistent, and honesty often takes a back seat to whatever narrative leadership wants to push. The supportive culture that once existed has been replaced with a cut-throat atmosphere that reaches from the bottom to the top.
