Good location in Zurich center

Minpunten

Really low salaries for same position in other companies. Yearly bonus not fully paid for internal company reasons. Some head manager like the partner market manager in Zurich many times aggressive to consultant and developers. Many cases of high stress and breakdowns among the employees due to high work load.

as in most IT company, too male dominant with few awareness for diversity

Above average. No real benefits. the salary has a good evolution over the years. But the rest of benefits is zero.
