Scheduling team keeps a positive outlook and supports the team well. Company is growing rapidly and has started providing annual raises and bonuses which is really nice. Can work from home most of the time which is great.

At times you end up task switching a lot. Variety is good. Frenzy is not. Thankfully it's not that way all the time. Family health insurance is extremely high.

Because it is a smaller business you sometimes are tasked with things outside the box but it keeps you busy and always learning so it is not always a bad thing.
