Minpunten

-Too much politics; favouritism -If you don't brag about your work, nobody will acknowledge or appreciate your work -Too much pressure all the time. Even if you have delivered 100 times and you fail only once, they will make sure you get an earful -You will be rewarded basis your image in the company and not the work you do -Too experimentative. No long term goals/vision. Changes every two months. -Huge pay disparity

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
