- Considered as a blue eyed baby in the start-up industry after the funding took place. - Good for people Joining in Gurgaon Office since everything can be sorted out in the corporate office itself.

Minpunten

- The Hr department work ethics and culture is below average not because it is a start-up and they are occupied with a lot of work, but rather they are a bit of complacent with every problem you need to be resolved.Classic Example- Join outside of Gurgaon and take a note of their Employee on-boarding procedure be it Travel Reimbursements or Some petty problems. -The most irritating is you approach to them personally and you have 90% of chances that they might be talking about their personal lives without heeding to your problem. -There are chances your remunerations, Place of posting and profile might get changed after joining which is very unprofessional since your reservations would be ignored.

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Minpunten

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
