The management and the executives are so inexperienced and unknowledgeable that employees end up suffering at the end. The CTO is the biggest negative of that company. He’s still in the 1960s trying to know what happened in 1990 in the technology world. He’s the biggest impediment to the company’s growth! There’s no encouragement, no appreciation and no praise, whatsoever for the invaluable contributions made by the employees. There’s no career growth or individual roadmap.
