The management is approachable and encourages continuous learning, which has helped me improve my skills. After a long career gap, I restarted my professional journey at OTSI. There will be no bench or idle (non-working) time for employees. Every employee must be actively engaged in productive work at all times. If no direct task is available, employees should utilize time for learning, skill development, or shadowing ongoing work. Each employee is expected to contribute or upskill for at least 6–7 hours per day. No employee should take the current organization or role for granted; continuous contribution and improvement are mandatory.
