Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you didn’t feel you had the appropriate support during your time at Octopus.
Our operating model is centred on teams supporting a customer base end-to-end. We do this through empowering teams with knowledge and tools, and believe this creates the best experience for team members and customers. We appreciate that this is different to how lots of other service teams run and can be demanding for the team. In the next 1-2 months, we’re looking at how we can rebalance workloads.
It’s important for the team to recharge before returning to work after illness, and we encourage team members who are unwell to take time off. We’re sorry if that was not your experience. Whilst managers are trained and well-equipped to support teams with wellbeing and performance, team members are encouraged to speak to any leader in the business if they have concerns. We’ve started running drop-ins and Q&A to provide space for this.
