We recognise that we are not perfect and mistakes do happen, but we are actively working to address inefficiencies, improve communication, and provide better support to our teams. Your concerns around workload, management structure, and progression opportunities are important to us, and we encourage open discussions so we can find ways to improve.
To help improve communication and morale, We have recently introduced team engagement days - giving everyone a chance to come together as a team, recognise great performance, let you know what's happening around the business and share ideas. We hope this helps create more opportunities for open conversations and support.
