There are no real career growth opportunities. Roles remain static regardless of performance, initiative, or results. Professional development seems to stop where family interests begin.
The company operates as a closed, family-run structure. Key decisions are often made by family members who do not necessarily have the required technical or managerial expertise, leading to favoritism, lack of meritocracy and minimal trust in professionals outside the family circle.
Micromanagement is part of the daily routine. Too many voices, conflicting instructions, constant pressure and raised voices instead of constructive dialogue. This creates a stressful environment and it is not surprising that many capable professionals eventually leave.
For anyone seeking a modern, professional and healthy work environment in the tech sector, Office Line SA was not, in my experience, the right place.
