This company has not only taught me how to sell, but also how to develop other people, time management skills, how to be a leader, and how to believe in my own abilities (just to name a few). The self confidence I have developed and the personal growth/changes I've made since beginning with this company have been incredible. That you have to actually apply yourself it's not a punch in punch out type of position. No matter what level you are at it's where you deserve to be. Your advancement is based 100% on you.

I liked the freedom that I had as an employee. They didn't micro manage me. I traveled about 50% of the time, but its not required that you travel - just an option. So if you like to travel for work it could be a great fit. Defiantly a team environment. The way that the business is set up you are not competing for position. Sales are uncapped.

Long hours. 100% commission. No per diem for food and gas on business trips.
