There are no pro. It is a sweat shop in an office.

Minpunten

Management is the problem. They are racist and sexist. They speak to staff like you are stupid. Extremely disrespectful to everyone. They cover up all reports of abuse and labour board violations. You must be a yes person to work here. Management have HUGE Egos ago only care about themselves and their bonuses. No value to any employee here.

Busy Times: When many orders come, work is very busy. But work feels good because I learn a lot. Same Tasks: Sometimes I do the same work every day. Still, my team makes it fun.
