-Very limited room for growth depending on which department you work in
-Had become very clique
-Communication from upper leader leadership has always been very bad
-A lot of middle managers who don't support or facilitate the growth of the employees under them
-HR only listens to leadership and not the standard employees
-Compensation has always been low and it doesn't sound like leadership will ever actively improve it
-Some departments are very clearly on the bottom of the totem pole
