Since you indicate you’re a current employee, we encourage you to reach out to your HR Business Partner to directly process those issues that are frustrating for you. In an anonymous Glassdoor review, it is harder to clarify and rectify issues. Sexist or racist comments are never acceptable here – not even “occasionally”. Please report that type of incident (to management, to HR, or via our 800 ethics hotline) so we can formally investigate and handle it. We hope that our recently introduced ‘Quiet Fridays’ may begin to alleviate some of the stress caused by back-to-back meetings. Thank you.
