Great product, some good team members, remote working.

Minpunten

Managers do not care what you say, they will do what they want regardless of the consequences. If you say something the CEO doesn't like, you will be fired. They have a strong hire and fire for no reason policy in place. I ignored the reviews when I started interviewing, as I thought it was just old employees who had a grudge against the company but everything you read is true. I wouldn't recommend working for this company, no job stability or work life balance. The CEO wants you to work 24/7, whenever he needs you.

We apologize it has taken so long to respond to your review, we have been working to continually improve our company processes and procedures. To help address some of the issues you raised we have begun providing management training to all individuals who serve in a management and/or leadership position. We feel these trainings will help team leaders and managers improve their management and communication techniques, including how they communicate about work hours and requirements. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the product, some of your colleagues, and the remote working model but it is clear from your review that we did not meet your employment expectations during your tenure with us. OnceHub is fully remote and profitable without VC funding. This allows for a great work/life balance for those who thrive on working from home . In addition, because OnceHub "marches to the beat of their own drum" it is clear from the outset that the founders are fully in charge of where they intend to take the company. The leadership in this company is very strong and they are clearly looking for smart people who can help them achieve their vision. Every person I have interacted with so far has been incredibly welcoming and generous while also demonstrating that they are extremely competent in their roles. Every interaction demonstrates that OnceHub's core values of humility, inclusivity and creating a meaningful journey for employees is built into their DNA. As other reviewers have pointed out, everyone in the company truly has a voice. The company creates a climate where you can learn from your mistakes as well as your successes, which is such an important aspect of career development.

Minpunten

A very fast paced environment which may be a con for some but to me this is just what is needed to keep me excited and engaged!
