The leadership in this company is very strong and they are clearly looking for smart people who can help them achieve their vision. Every person I have interacted with so far has been incredibly welcoming and generous while also demonstrating that they are extremely competent in their roles. Every interaction demonstrates that OnceHub's core values of humility, inclusivity and creating a meaningful journey for employees is built into their DNA. As other reviewers have pointed out, everyone in the company truly has a voice. The company creates a climate where you can learn from your mistakes as well as your successes, which is such an important aspect of career development.
