Regardless how nicely the company pitch themselves care about saving everyone on the earth internally or externally, it’s no doubt that nothing sold-able or say even usable by any customer have been built for the past few years. The team is very short vision, do not know who to sell, what to sell and how to build the right product for the right market, they have been living in their own dream that they are on the mission to save lives. In addition, the fundamental reason is the people. Nobody knows how to build a right team, each individual/group love to do things on their own agenda and has no knowledge how to understand user needs. Last thing... really low industry pay, and barely no compensate adjusting. The HR, newbie managers and c-level people are lacking of experience and respect.
