Working at One Contact, Inc. is so fun! The employees and the management team are very easy going. They work with you on your schedule and treat you like a human...not a number! They always try to promote from within which is awesome. It really is a family type environment and negativity is not embraced! Supervisors are always trying to better themselves. And the company is growing!!

Minpunten

It is a stable start-up company. So you need to be able to adapt to changes and be understanding of their goals to improve processes.

Laid back Friendly environment Paid training Medical benefits after 3 months of employment Upto $100 monthly bonus Incentives i.e. Drinks, food, gift baskets etc. Potluck and dress up weeks $10.50 for starting tier 1 agent per hr $11 for elite or select service per hr $11.50 for tier 2 agent per hr I've heard management is like $17-18 salary

The customers overall make the day hard. (job is easy) Pay just isn't enough Some of the managers are a little hostile. Favoritism.
