I love my colleagues on the Customer Service team. We care about our jobs and making a difference to our tenants and work well as a team and have an incredible team leader. If we didn't have each other to lean on i think the majority of us would be off sick due to stress.

I have had to come on here because our voices are not being heard ! Senior Leadership Team (SLT) are clueless and this shaping our future restructure has caused the company to go downhill. Absolutely no loyalty to the staff. SLT are very dismissive and pretend to listen to feedback but have no concerns on the affect their decisions are having on the mental health of our staff. Staff members are now very hesitant and cautious to raise issues as they are met with a dismissive, passive aggressive manner. This is an unacceptable attitude. Do better. Show more understanding. More and more people are going off sick due to stress but SLT simply do not care. Poor management and leadership because SLT are so focused on the stats and KPI's and looking good but the staff are overworked and under alot of stress and are expected to adapt to reckless decisions, half baked plans that are presented to the team 24hrs prior. We have emphasised that we are understaffed and to recruit more people as this has increased wait times for tenants. SLT have no idea what they're doing and seem very supportive of each others poor decisions. Horrible atmosphere and feel really let down by all of SLT. Do better. For your tenants and for your staff.

Thank you for your review. It’s lovely to hear you have great working relations with your team members and feel supported by your team leader. As you know, there’s lots of work going on in our Customer Resolution Centre (CRC) to improve and streamline our processes and procedures to ensure we can answer calls swiftly and resolve issues at the first point of contact, enabling us to meet our customers’ expectations. As part of this, we have engaged with other business areas to better support queries, put together a training plan for CRC colleagues, and are looking to bring in additional resource. We appreciate that change can often cause uncertainty amongst colleagues, and we acknowledge we’ve had to make some quick changes to support our customer’s needs given the environment we’re in. However, we are still learning and adapting and will take on board your feedback about giving colleagues more notice about any operational changes. I’m sorry to hear you feel unsupported by members of senior management and would encourage you to discuss the concerns with your line manager or contact our People Team so we can work together to improve things. Colleague wellbeing is a top priority for us, and we have several formal and informal channels where you can raise issues such as Listen and Learn sessions, departmental meetings, and 1-1s with your manager, to name a few. We value all of our current and former colleagues’ feedback and would be keen to learn more about what we can do to be a more supportive employer – please feel free to contact the People Team. Has been a great place to work in the past but new CEO has brought in her own team and wiped out most of the staff that have been there years.

Minpunten

No loyalty to staff. Dreadful place to work despite all the hype about benefits packages. Lots of people leaving or off sick
