The culture crushes your soul. You are seen as a minion not a human. Having been in many workplaces after it highlighted how bad it really was it took me some time to get over working there. I was an anxious wreck and it was down to the bullying and culture that I was in 40 hours a week. Scared to think or say anything wrong, just get your head down and work. I wish I had spoken up and had more confidence to say how I felt at the time and how wrongly I was treated.. but I just left. Wish I left sooner.
