They do not adhere to their own policies, i.e, getting separated due to attendance even though I had half the points it would take to get terminated.
Separated due to performance even though my numbers were above 90 percent, and some 60 and 70 percent only from phone calls.
The policy shows I should always get reviewed when I garner points with attendance, with a suspension having to occur before a termination, but that did not happen for me :(
The Co-Owner Lisa for sure can't run anything, with my unbiased opinion.
Management seems to think its cute to say snarky comments just because they have power.
Leadership was fired a day before me due to subhuman comments and behaviors
