There are not many companies out there where you get to know the CEO- but Brian Williams makes a key effort to get to know each and every employee. This is the first place I have worked that I would call a career, not just a job. I would call it a home, not just an office, and I would call it a family, not just a group of colleagues. I truly could not think of a better work environment, and it is a place where I don't mind getting out of bed each morning to come to.
