Most of the staff here are supportive and helpful.

You'll always be exhausted and overworked in this company. The management never runs out of tasks for employees to work on, and they quickly pile up into a large mountain of backlogs. It also doesn't help that most of the managers are perfectionists. So, employees often have to repeat their work because the management wants everything to be perfect, even though they're being unreasonable most of the time.

Nonstop looking for perfection, though couldn't be bad at all, but can be destructive mentally and emotionally. You always focus on bringing more and more even when you already reached its peak. That's what the company wants and pressures its employees to deliver every single day.
