It's a relatively small company with relatively small number of employees, close to 150-180 employees in India. Which gives an opportunity for interactions with even very high level management folks like vps,MD and ceo

Even with such a small employee group, u expect that they would care and look after the employees much better with good employee benefits, and salaries. But apparently they look at employees not as assets but as slaves to make them work 12 to 15 hours, and still find petty reasons for giving 4% and 7% hikes. On top no annual bonuses, festival bonuses . All festival celebrations except Christmas celebrations has been cancelled. They have contract with a third party finance and accounts team , which creates even more problems . No negotiations on salary , no work life balance, no process or cycle is being followed for the development cycle, the product management team is non existent. The monopoly of certain managers in the team creats a feeling of irrelevance for other teams. If I want , I can go on and on for why not to choose onebill. The proof, employee drop out has increased this year, and will keep going up in the coming months.
