It all started as a tiny cozy startup, but over the years has grown quite a bit, however the company managed to hire only smart talented people often having also a great sense of humor, so usually it's a lot of fun and laughs, especially in the kitchen and on Fridays. -- There are no useless meetings: everyone tries to make communication maximally effective and straight to the point. Organizational structure is pretty flat and you can easily reach to any of the top managers if this is the key to solve an urgent problem. -- Teams are not afraid to experiment with new emerging technologies, but it must be stable and profitable for the business. -- Office hours are not strictly regulated, the more important is to get things done properly and fast and push towards the company goals. Moreover, everything is easily accessible remotely, so if you need to concentrate on a complicated feature, you can do it from the home office. -- There are always fruits and snacks in the kitchen or sweet delicacies of national cuisine brought by the international team from their home countries.
Minpunten
In the beginning there were cases of micro management by the founder and top managers, but then the company evolved and now has properly organized management flows. -- Sales and RnD teams are in different countries, so communication and transparency often to be desired for. -- As in every startup sometimes ideas don't get accepted by the market and then features and whole projects get frozen or totally dropped. Which brings some uncertainty vibes. But if you need stability, go to a big serious enterprise, sit there and be bored to death.
