      Underlying technology could revolutionise many industries.

      Minpunten

      Sold opportunity to work from home which was total rubbish. Home became 'remote' meaning you work at client site far from home. Fundamentally poor project management. Waterfall in an agile world. No decent training. Absolute bs to clients at every opportunity. Will lie to get you into role and not listen to anything they don't want to hear. CEO is called ruthless when in reality, he simply doesn't understand the UK market and the way to manage projects in the UK. Didn't even send a P45 at the end of employment.

      Pluspunten

      Dynamic software company with really smart people running it. Experts in the area of desktop automation and analytics applicable to financial services, insurance and healthcare. Great environment and people focused. Lots of small perks - lunches, drinks, etc. Good vacation and health benefits.

      Minpunten

      Could be a little more flexible on tele-commuting. No matching 401K. Career growth has been stagnant but might be changing.

If you work hard, your efforts are recognized. It is an exciting time to be at OpenSpan. The company is doing business with large global players in a number of industries... and seeing great results from the implementations. These scale from single contact centers and back office environments to massive 25,000+ seat organizations.

      Benefits are great, but there is an opportunity to add annual review process and development practice.
