From the beginning, I’ve felt truly supported by my colleagues across different teams. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and everyone is generous with their time and knowledge. I’ve also appreciated how approachable and responsive the tech and CQ teams are whenever questions come up.

Some procedures in the LATAM region don’t fully align with what’s covered during global onboarding. This can create some uncertainty when trying to apply what we learned in training to real situations.
