There are simply no Pros to working for this company if you are in anyway interested in working for a progressive dynamic company.

Minpunten

Too many, just don't do it. Professional Services is all over the place. Good people come in (usually via acquisition), try to do their best but then leave once they realise that management are simply not up to the level required (most are prompted through longevity). Did I say - don't do it. Save yourself the anguish.

I no longer work there.

Minpunten

They do not value their employees. I was told to never take more than a week off at a time, or it was proof you were not needed. They do not value their customers. Channels created to allow customer feedback to management were shutdown because management did not want to have to deal with customers upset about product issues caused by their cost cutting.
