      Really smart people, especially in engineering. A lot of independence in what you get to do.

      Minpunten

      Not the best pay. You can get a lot more in other companies, but you don't work here if you're just concerned about money. Having said that, pay isn't too bad either. Just average.

      Pluspunten

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Minpunten

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
