Pluspunten
Coworkers are very friendly for the most part.
Minpunten
Substandard pay (and not by a little, we're talking 30% or more below industry standard), inept and out of touch upper management, no pay raises, (they didn't give the usual 2% (roughly $0.20 and hour) last year "cause COVID" which I'm sure will remain the same this year while executives wtite themselves large checks (501c3 tax forms are public record, go look what these thieves paid themselves to "work from home" for a year while the company failed. Not to worry, they gave everyone else a $30 Christmas Bonus, a complete slap in the face to those showing up every day during a pandemic while management sat home. PAR now finds itself in a staffing crisis (they sent a corporate wide email to "go review us on Glassdoor so people know how great a place is is to work here!" (Careful what you wish for) because a) HR staff was sent home at the beginning of COVID and likely don't work/were forced to hire less and force already overextended areas of the agency to get the same job done with half the amount of staff (all while yelling at you for going overtime), b? you'd be taking a pay cut to go from unemployment to what they'll pay you here, and c) the smaller the payroll, the more the upper management at the top get to take home themselves (again, those tax docs are public to view). This place simply encourages to complete the required paperwork so management can continue paying themselves outrageous salaries for the work they do from home, all the while a counselor makes less than a warehouse worker. It is simply a matter of time before DCF/CARF and other accrediting bodies come in for their audits and realize that their dollars were not used for their stated purpose. Good people are leaving here in droves.
