- interesting Tech - You get to work with really nice individual, however the culture is a mess and as a team it sucks. - There is a good benefit package . - Flexible timing ( which mostly means you need to stay late to get the job done)

Minpunten

- There is no investment on developing the culture - Company does not value interpersonal and technical skills development - Everything is rushed and not thought trough on a name of agile, which is not aligned with company resources and procedures - People are getting micromanaged - Projects are like warroom 24-7! - Limited advancement opportunities

Pluspunten

The engineering work is very interesting and challenging, and I looked forward to going to work every day. There was relatively little overlap in technical skills among my co-workers, so everyone works together to get things done. Everyone is friendly, easy to get along with, and communicates well among each other.

Minpunten

Business conditions are always tenuous, resulting in cyclical hiring and layoffs depending on the cash flow within the company.

Pluspunten

Highly dynamic working environment with lots of product development initiatives going on. You tend to work on different application areas with different markets. Gives good exposure to different industries, commercial/space/defense.

Minpunten

Compensation lower than industry standard. Need to increase the compensation for engineering staff to levels as surveyed by OSPE/PEO for them to retain their talent.
